In 2018, the editorial redaction was on the verge of closure due to financial difficulties. Then, on the initiative of space and IT technology entrepreneur Max Polyakov, founder of Noosphere Ventures, the Association Noosphere became a partner of the magazine, and the magazine began to be published in electronic version. In September of the same year, together with Kunsht magazine and with the support of EOS company, a special issue of Space. The Universe & Everything magazine was printed on the exploration of the Universe, space technologies, and the future beyond the Earth. After that, the publication of the paper version resumed again. In 2019, the magazine was rebranded – it received a new name, Universe Space Tech.

In addition to the print magazine, we quickly cover important events on universemagazine.com and unite the community of people interested in space exploration on social media.

Subsequently, Noosphere Association became an official partner of the media. Max Polyakov is the ideologist of this Association. In 2016, he proposed creating it to popularize scientific research in the entrepreneurial environment and the development of the startup ecosystem.

This happens through educational activities for young people on the topics of space, innovation and robotics.

The mission of Noosphere Association is to use knowledge to create technologies for all humanity.
