Return policy

Upon receipt of the Goods at Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta delivery services or from the courier of Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the package, then open it and make sure that the Goods are in proper external condition (no mechanical damage) and complete.

In case of any defects, the Buyer (Recipient) shall have the right to refuse to accept such goods, while drawing up a free-form Act on the defects found. If possible, the defects shall be recorded by means of photography or video recording. After signing the Defects Report, the goods shall be returned to the Seller.

Exchange and return of goods in good quality

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods in good quality for any reason within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, by handing them over to the Seller. The list of non-returnable goods is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Please make sure that the goods are unused, there are no chips or scuffs, the packaging, labelling, tags and stickers are intact, the goods retain their presentation and consumer properties.

We also have the right to refuse to replace or return the product if:

More than 14 days have passed since you purchased the goods, excluding the day of purchase;

When checking the quality of the goods, signs of use were found;

Constructive changes to the product and/or its components have been made or attempts to do so have been detected.

In case of return/exchange of goods in good quality (without defects), the Buyer pays the postage.

When sending the goods by courier delivery services, post or any logistics service providers for its return, all issues arising from the settlement of situations related to damage to the goods, their complete destruction or loss shall be borne by the Buyer.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

In case of detection of significant defects that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer of the goods, during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to replace the goods or to receive a refund.

A material defect is a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the goods in accordance with their intended purpose, arose through the fault of the manufacturer, after its elimination, reappears for reasons beyond the consumer’s control, and has at least one of the following characteristics:

It cannot be eliminated;

It takes more than 14 days to eliminate it

or it makes the goods significantly different from those stipulated in the contract.

In the event of a return/exchange of goods of inadequate quality, the postage shall be paid by the Seller.

If the Buyer has received the wrong product, it is also considered to be of inadequate quality and the delivery is paid by the Seller.


The Buyer shall be refunded the cost of the goods within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.

Refunds are made in the same way and to the same person who paid for the order.

Please note that the refund period may also depend on the policy of the card issuing bank.
