LEGO continues to expand its collection, offering another gift to all astronomy fans and building enthusiasts. The Danish toy manufacturer has officially announced the new LEGO Icons 11382 Hubble set, a tribute to one of the most important scientific instruments in human history.

The new model has the set number 11382 and consists of 1,552 pieces. This set joins the LEGO Icons line, aimed primarily at adult audiences and fans of complex, refined builds.
During the official presentation, the company emphasized the most accurate possible recreation of the original spacecraft. The set includes:
- recognizable solar panels;
- a detailed and carefully designed body of the observatory itself;
- an elegant black display stand, complemented by an informational plaque, which is traditional for collectible LEGO Icons series.
In addition, the designers included several movable elements and opening panels so that owners can look inside the structure.
A Legend in Near-Earth Orbit

Launched into space in 1990, the Hubble telescope forever changed our understanding of the Universe. Over decades of operation, it has given humanity incredible images of distant galaxies, nebulae, and star clusters, and has helped astronomers make dozens of revolutionary discoveries. It is no surprise that LEGO specialists chose this observatory as the next model for their space series.
The new set is expected to appear on store shelves and on the company’s official website in August 2026. The official recommended retail price of the set is €129.99.

The new Hubble telescope will be an excellent addition to LEGO’s existing adult space collection, harmoniously combining with the previously released Discovery space shuttle and sets from the Artemis series. The set promises to become a true bestseller among collectors and astronomy enthusiasts.
Earlier, we reported that LEGO released a series of Perseverance and Ingenuity building sets.
